Our team brings together decades of combined experience in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, endocrinology, women's health, and patient services.
Physician — Internal Medicine & Endocrinology
Dr. DeMattia is a board-certified internal medicine physician with special expertise in diabetes, endocrinology, and chronic disease management. He is passionate about using data-driven, individualized care plans to help patients achieve lasting health improvements.
Nurse Practitioner — Primary Care
Trisha Coover is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in primary care, women's health, and hormone replacement therapy. She is known for her warm, thorough approach and her commitment to building long-term relationships with her patients.
Physician — Primary Care & Women's Health
Dr. Candice DeMattia is a board-certified physician with a focus on primary care and women's health. She brings a compassionate, whole-person approach to every patient encounter and is dedicated to helping patients navigate complex health decisions with confidence.
Medical Assistant — Clinical Operations
Chelsea Peek is a certified medical assistant who plays a key role in the day-to-day clinical operations of Lemon-AID Medical Management. She ensures every patient experience is smooth, efficient, and compassionate from check-in to check-out.
Billing & Insurance
Sherry Rash manages billing and insurance for Lemon-AID Medical Management. She is the go-to resource for questions about insurance verification, claims, statements, and payment arrangements — making the financial side of healthcare as stress-free as possible.
