Are you accepting new patients?

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral is needed. We are a primary care practice and you can schedule directly with us. If you were referred by another provider, we are happy to coordinate care.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office at 281.475.7599 to verify your specific plan before your first appointment. We also offer self-pay options.

How do I establish care as a new patient?

Simply call us, book online, or fill out our contact form. We will schedule a new patient appointment and send you intake paperwork to complete before your visit.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes. We offer same-day appointments for acute and urgent concerns whenever possible. Call us first thing in the morning to check availability, or book online.

Can I be seen by telemedicine?

Yes — telemedicine visits are available for established patients and many new patient consultations. Video visits are available Monday through Friday during regular office hours.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Telemedicine appointments may be available outside of standard hours by request.

Yes. Annual wellness exams are a cornerstone of our practice. We perform comprehensive physicals, order age-appropriate screenings, review medications, and provide personalized health recommendations.

Absolutely. Chronic disease management is one of our specialties. We build individualized care plans for conditions like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and thyroid disease, and we monitor your progress at regular follow-up visits.

Do you order lab work and imaging?

Yes. We order and interpret lab work, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests. We will explain your results in plain language and discuss next steps with you.

Yes. We offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) including Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) for opioid use disorder. Our care is compassionate, confidential, and judgment-free.

Absolutely. All addiction medicine services are completely confidential and protected under federal privacy laws (42 CFR Part 2), which provide even stronger protections than standard HIPAA.

Yes. We offer naltrexone (including Vivitrol injections) and other evidence-based treatments for alcohol use disorder, along with personalized relapse-prevention planning.

Do I need to be in a program to receive MAT?

No. You can receive MAT directly through our office. We will work with you to build a comprehensive recovery plan, and we can coordinate with counselors and rehabilitation programs as needed.

Do you offer medically supervised weight loss?

Yes. We offer comprehensive, doctor-supervised weight loss programs that include metabolic assessment, dietary counseling, exercise guidance, and prescription medications when clinically appropriate.

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications like semaglutide?

Yes. We prescribe GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as semaglutide) for eligible patients as part of a medically supervised weight loss plan. Eligibility is determined during a consultation.
